Guidelines on nutritional labelling (13 pages in Arabic, 12 pages in English). | This draft technical regulation specifies the requirements stated in the Gulf standard GSO "Guidelines on nutritional labelling" as mandatory requirements. These guidelines recommend procedures for the nutrition labelling of foods and applies to the nutrition labelling of all foods. (RVE 04.02.02) should be used to determine the emission and immission impacts. The measures include construction changes to the track (emission area), open space (transmission area) and the buildings to be protected (immission area). Draft Commission Implementing Directive amending, for the purpose of adaptation to technical progress, Annexes II and III to Council Directive 76/768/EEC relating to cosmetic products (9 pages, in English). | The purpose of this draft Directive is to list 27 hair dye substances, recently assessed by the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS), in Part 1 of Annex III. Based on the latest safety assessment by the SCCS, the draft Directive proposes the ban of substance HC Red No. 16 in cosmetic products by listing it in Annex II of the Cosmetics Directive. Draft Commission Implementing Regulation amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 436/2009 as regards the documents accompanying consignments of wine products and wine sector registers to be kept (20 pages, in English). | This draft Regulation concerns a modification of Commission Regulation (EC) No 555/2008, with regard to the coordination of controls between competent bodies of EU Member States and access to information via the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) by the competent bodies in the wine sector, and Commission Regulation (EC) No 436/2009, with regard to: - establishment and use of electronic documents accompanying a consignment of wine products and specific accompanying documents for wine products not subject to excise duties, - common rules of validation of these documents, - the installation of a single document for certificates of origin for wines with protected designation of origin (PDO) or protected geographic indication (PGI) or for certification of a wine with indication of the harvest year or wine grape variety, including wines for export and imports from third countries. This draft Regulation primarily aims at implementing the procedure rules. It also aims to simplify existing Commission Regulation (EC) No 436/2009 while proposing to coordinate the shape and the contents of the accompanying documents, as far as possible to reduce administrative burdens for operators, and to specify the responsibilities of operators when they attest an origin or the quality of a wine product. It finally aims at specifying the rules concerning the certification of the origin or the quality of the products which will have to be applied in exchanges within the EU and for export, as well as setting at the disposal of the public models which will be used bearing the logo of the Member State of dispatch. |
