


According to agreements within the EU and EFTA as well as the WTO, member states are to notify the other member states of any plans to introduce technical regulations.
The SNV performs this duty to provide information on behalf of SECO, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs. The platform the SNV uses to this end is the Swiss information centre for technical rules (switec), which publishes Swiss and foreign notifications on the internet, including titles and content abstracts. Interested groups are invited to make comments, and the SNV will provide full texts of the drafts upon request.
You are invited to send your opinions and comments to the address below, no later than two weeks before the deadline set in the notification:
