Open day
We opened our doors in Winterthur to the public on 14 October 2019
To mark World Standards Day on 14 October 2019, we opened the doors of our new offices to the public. More than 100 interested visitors came to Sulzerallee 70 in the Hegi quarter of Winterthur to meet the people who work behind the scenes at the SNV. The SNV employees showed the visitors a selection of examples of standards in everyday life and gave them an insight into what is involved in standardization work. Two short talks by Urs Fischer (CEO) and Marcel Knecht (Head of Standardization) generated a lot of interest.
It was great that you found the time to visit us and raise a glass to celebrate World Standards Day.
